This Privacy Policy describes how CyCom Internet Billing handles information when you use this application.
The app can process customer profile details, billing records, support ticket details, and hotspot session data entered by authorized users.
In the current configuration, data is stored locally in the browser using local storage. Data is not automatically sent to external servers unless you integrate third-party services.
The app may access network connectivity information and internet access to enable hotspot and operational functions. No sensitive device data is collected beyond what is required for app functionality.
CyCom Internet Billing does not sell personal data. Data sharing depends on integrations configured by the organization running the app, such as payment gateways, messaging platforms, or ISP infrastructure systems.
Reasonable technical and organizational controls should be implemented by the deploying organization, including secure hosting, account access controls, and HTTPS.
Data retention is controlled by the deploying organization. Data can be deleted by clearing browser storage or removing data from connected backends.
